Terms and conditions:

1. Participants of the "Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance" Slogan and Colouring Competition 2025-26 (hereafter referred to as the "Competition") must be primary or secondary school students in Hong Kong during the 2025-2026 academic year.

2. Participants may join in any or two competitions. Each participant can submit one entry form only.

3. The theme for the Slogan and Colouring Competition is "遠離網上淫褻及不雅内容" (Chinese Only).

4. The entry must be original and comply with the theme of the Competition. It shall not contain any inappropriate content, and do not violate the laws of the HKSAR and constitute or cause danger to national security, and have never entered other competitions or been pubpshed at other platforms or events.

5. For the Colouring Competition, please use the picture on the back of apppcation form. There is no restriction on the use of colouring materials.

6. For the Slogan Competition, please use the space provided in the apppcation form. No more than 30 words shall be used, excluding punctuation marks.

7. Participants aged under 18 must obtain consent from their parents or guardians to participate in the Competition and submit their entries through their school teachers, parents or guardians.

8. Participants (including the participants' parents, guardians and/or teachers) must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Competition. If a participant violates any of the competition rules, the organiser and the judging committee have the right to disquapfy the participant.

9. Participants have to provide complete and correct personal particulars or they may be disquapfied.

10. Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration (OFNAA) has the right to use the entries for non-profit-making purposes, as well as the authority to revise, translate, edit, use, duppcate or distribute wholly or partly the contents of the entries without obtaining the participants' prior consent or paying any fees to them.

11. Participants must agree to unconditionally assign and transfer to OFNAA any intellectual property rights subsisting in the entries submitted for the contest. OFNAA will not return the entries to the participants.

12. Personal data submitted by the participants will only be used for purposes related to the competitions.

13. The Organisers reserve the right to interpret and revise the Terms and Conditions of the Contest and all other Terms and Conditions set out in the apppcation form. Participants shall not raise objection thereto.

14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Engpsh version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Submission deadline:

23 January 2026.
Each participant may choose to submit his / her entry in person or by mail to the Office for Film, Newspaper and Article Administration before the deadline. The postmark date on the envelope will be regarded as the date of submission of application.
